4 drawer lateral fireproof file protects paper records and is constructed of steel panels with the fire installation consisting of 100% gypsum, reinforced by a 1inch by 2 inch lattice made of 14 gauge, galvanized welded steel wire. Construction carries the Underwriters' Laboratory Class 350 1 hour "Record Protection Classified as to Fire and Impact Resistance" label. FireKing lateral files are UL-listed to protect paper records through the following tests: 1 hour fire test in external temperatures over 1700 degrees Fahrenheit, a 1550 degree Fahrenheit fire plus 30 foot impact test and a 2000 degree Fahrenheit explosion hazard test.
There is additional insulation between all drawers to make each drawer a separate insulated container. The file is finished with a durable powdercoat finish, and is shown in Black. Each drawer has an inside dimension of 10-3/8 inch high by 38-29/32 inch by 15-1/4 inch deep.
Drawers glide on heavy duty suspensions, are equipped for both letter and legal files, and lock with a UL-listed high security Medco key lock. To view product features, click the Zoom button.

Your order will be shipped with free tailgate delivery included, meaning the furniture
will be delivered to your dock. If there is no delivery dock at your business or
home office, you will be responsible for taking the furniture from the tailgate
of the delivery truck.
Inside delivery services are available for an additional charge. These optional
charges will be shown once you add products to your shopping cart. For orders of
over $5000 requiring inside delivery, we strongly suggest you call to discuss your
needs so we can apply all appropriate discounts.
